Flipkart to celebrate Valentine’s Day with FlipHearts

E-commerce major Flipkart rolls out ‘The FlipHeart Day’, which it said is a day full of surprises for its customers to mark the special occasion of Valentine’s Day.

The one-day event starting from midnight of February 13 is designed to create a shopping experience through extremely exciting offers and quality products. Special in-app games and engagement activities are also available for customers to participate and win free products.

Talking about The FlipHeart Day, Smrithi Ravichandran, senior director, Flipkart, said, “This Valentine’s day, to celebrate the love for our FlipHearts, we are not just making shopping more delightful but also ensuring experiences that make it a day to remember.”

Having done this on usual basis, Flipkart is also providing an instant 14% discount on transactions made through HDFC cards. An additional 14% is off on categories such as clothing, footwear, accessories, personal care, books, small home appliances, home decor, smart wearable tech and more, to those customers who sign-up for this event.

In addition to this offer, Flipkart is delivering special Valentine’s cards to all customers who are expected to receive a delivery on February 14. Over 1 lakh cards are expected to be delivered on the day across major cities including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai, among others said the company.
