Future Group launches Big Bazaar Direct

Big Bazaar, part of the Future Group, launched Big Bazaar Direct venture from Nagpur and it would allow consumers to buy goods from their home via a telephone call. Big Bazaar Direct has also leased two lakh sq ft at Gumgaon, around 8 kms from Mihan, MP and plans to set up a godown there. Kishore Biyani, CEO, Future Group, said, “This unit in Nagpur would be
a pilot project and would be functional on August 15. Other cities would be covered soon after."
