Big apple, a Delhi based convenience store has been bought by Future Group for Rs 62 crore in an all cash deal. 65 of the Big Apple stores can be re branded into Kb's Fair Price in the coming times. This move will help future group consolidate its position in the NCR. The deal is funded through internal accruals of the Future Group.
Big Apple is owned by Express Retail Services Ltd, which has been selling groceries and food products since the last six years.
