With this new look, it has synchronised its three mediums; Web, TV and Mobile. With latest updations, Users can live stream HomeShop18 TV on the website using their laptops, tablets or mobile phones.  Now users can watch the video of the product they want to buy. HomeShop18 has added this feature after gauging consumers’ behaviour deeply through primary and secondary researches. As per various researches, Indian online shoppers need a closer touch and feel of the product than just images. So a detailed demo video facilitates decision making for them.
