Inorbit Malls to expand in south India

Inorbit Malls, a subsidiary of the K Raheja Corporation, is planning to expand its presence in south India, and as part of that strategy, they are looking for suitable properties at Bangalore and Chennai. Kishore Bhatija, MD and CEO, Inorbit Malls, told reporters that they are adding one more centre to their 10 acre property at Pocharam, Hyderabad, and are also in negotiations to take over under construction and existing malls. Inorbit Malls already operates malls in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore,
Pune and Vashi (Navi Mumbai) and will open its sixth mall in Vadodara next month. K Raheja Corporation has also been working with the government to get industry status for malls.
