Retail major Landmark Group's brands in India including Lifestyle International, Home Centre, Spar and Max stores, which contribute about 10 per cent to the company's global revenues at present, are expected to grow by 45-50 per cent in the next three years. “We expect Landmark, with all its brands, to be a $1-billion company in India by then,” said Mr Kabir Lumba, Managing Director, Lifestyle International (P) Ltd. The company experienced an 18 per cent same store growth in 2009-10, he added. Speaking at the launch of the 17th Lifestyle store in India, Mr Lumba said that the company's expansion plans for the year had been firmed up. They intend to add 10 Lifestyle stores and one more Home Centre across various cities in the country. The company will close the year with revenues in excess of Rs 1,000 crore and expects to touch Rs 2,500 crore by next fiscal.
