Lux Industries expects Rs 100 cr export-turnover



Innerwear manufacturer, Lux Industries is expecting the turnover of Rs
100 cr from its export section.

“We are targeting a turnover of Rs100 crore in the current fiscal from
exports. We had a turnover of Rs 30 crore from this section last year
(2009-10),” said Navin Todi, managing director of the company.

The company aims to record a turnover of Rs 500 crore in the current
fiscal, up from Rs 412 crore, the last year.

The company has its presence in the areas of Middle East, in specific,
Dubai and is on the road to expand its market in South Africa and
Europe.

Since the company is receiving positive response for their products in
the countries like Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, it has
plans to tap the market in these areas too.
