Mc Donald's opens largest outlet

The QSR major, McDonald’s adds another feather to its cap as it opens its India’s largest retail outlet. The outlet has opened at Great India Place, Noida. Spread over 8000 sq ft, the store has the capacity of 325+ seats spread over two floors. The store also has the largest birthday party area that can accommodate nearly 90+ guests. The new outlet takes McDonalds count in India to 313 and 152 in the northern and eastern region.Speaking at the inauguration, Vikram Bakshi, JV Partner and Managing Director of McDonald’s India (North and East) said, “It is a proud moment for us as we open our largest restaurant in India. Current economic climate has provided us the opportunity to accelerate our growth and we feel it’s is perhaps one of the best times to expand…as key inputs like real estate, human resources are affordable.”
