Megamart, a value retail chain from the house of Arvind Brands, will be shedding its hardcore ‘men’s wear image’ that it has painted over the years. To attract more women buyers, it has come up with a wide range of women apparel.
J Suresh, CEO, Arvind Brands (Brands & Retail) said that the next logical move is to expand into women’s accessories after having secured a comfortable position in menswear.
The company is looking at a specific marketing campaign focused only on women. It has not only plans to introduce new range of women's accessories but also the new line of collections from the existing women's apparel brand.
