More 'The Loot' stores by June 2010

The Loot, multi-brand fashion discount chain, has announced its plan to expand and open 50 exclusive stores by June 2010.

The company will open four similar stores in Mumbai as that at Sahakari Bhandar at Prabhadevi. It is in a shop-in-shop format with an area of 1,500 sq.ft.

Jay Gupta, MD, The Loot, said that the company is planning to open more shop-in-shops taking the total number of stores to 200 by end of the fiscal.

 

He also added that plans are on to expand in tier II and III cities where the population is more than a lakh. It will be opened at both high streets and malls.
