Reliance Group joins hands with Cisco Jasper for IoT solutions

Reliance Group is among India's top private sector business houses serving over 250 million customers across telecommunications, power, financial services, infrastructure, media and entertainment, and healthcare sectors, has partnered with Cisco Jasper, a US-based company that specialises in IoT,  for the launch of a joint venture unit called ‘UNLIMIT’, which claims to provide IoT solutions in the country.

IoT is a network of 'things' that include identifiable devices, appliances, equipment, machinery of all forms and sizes with the intelligence to seamlessly connect, communicate and control or manage each other to perform a set of tasks with minimum intervention.

IoT is an emerging technology which provides seamless interaction between devices embedded with electronics such as television sets, refrigerators, and automobiles.
