Osian’s Connoisseurs of Art has reached out to the emerging upper-middle class population in an attempt to reach, spread awareness and market the Art & Culture of India by announcing its foray into retail with the launch of their store at VAMA, a high end lifestyle retail store on Peddar Road, Mumbai. Showcasing a collection of fine and popular arts, ranging from modern & contemporary Indian arts, calendar, advertising, political propaganda, antiquarian and contemporary photography, antiquarian books, vintage Indian and Hollywood film memorabilia, rare advertisements, calendars and post cards to sports memorabilia. Rare prints from all the major presses of India, from Kansaripara to Raja Ravi Varma, and various unique cultural artefacts, such as toys, dolls, masks and puppets will also be among other interesting showcases.
