Soulflower, the lifestyle brand, is all set to acquire an FMCG distribution company with a pan India network for which it has allotted a budget of Rs 25-30 crore. The brand has already its presence in over 140 modern retail format stores in India and intends to marks its existence in close to 1500 retail outlets by 2015. The brand specialises in a wide range of spa and aromatherapy products has budget of 25-30 crore. It has specialised in handicraft soaps and plans to open 30 stores across India in the next two years.
