Spencer's Retail to expand

Spencer`s Retail, the retail flagship of the RPG Group, said it has chalked out plans to expand two lakh sq ft of space in the current fiscal.

Sanjiv Goenka, Vice-Chairman of RPG Group said that the new addition will be in super and hyper categories.

He added, the company is hoping to post a turnover of Rs 1,150 crore in 2010-11, up from Rs 920 crore in 2009-10.

The RPG Group has 280 retail spaces across the country of which Spencer's Retail (226 units) occupies around 10 lakh sq ft.
