Timex appoints Arthur Morissette as Additional Director

Timex Group India Limited has appointed Arthur Morissette, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Timex Group B V, as an Additional Director of the company. The appointment was made after the resignation of Frank Sherer as a Director of the company.
Consequent to the appointment of Arthur Morissette, the Board of the company shall comprise of Kapil Kapoor, V D Wadhwa, DayaDhaon, Bijou Kurien, Gagan Singh, Pradeep Mukerjee and Arthur Morissette.
