V-Mart crosses 250-store milestone in India

V-Mart Retail Ltd has launched its 250th store in Jaipur. The fashion retailer has also opened three more stores in Kanpur, Kota, and Lucknow, taking the total count to 253 stores.

With this expansion, the company has expanded its presence across India. The expansion is helped by the robust investment in manpower, technology and processes, enabling V-Mart to expand to existing markets and foray into new geographies.

V-Mart is further aiming to add around 60 stores this fiscal year. This expansion will take its total count to 275. The company will invest Rs 115 crore in strengthening its operations in the country.
