Digital technology leader, Samsung India Electronics (P) Ltd. today unveiled its ‘Smart solutions’ for the education segment - latest display solutions and customized applications on the Galaxy tab that make the classroom room experience more interactive and ‘smarter’. The Company today announced the launch of Interactive e- Boards that are designed to revolutionize the classroom experience for students and teachers alike.
In a media interaction organized here, Mr. Ranjit Yadav, Country Head – Mobile and IT, Samsung India Electronics stated, “With our complete portfolio of display solutions- digital signage solutions , thin clients , e boards and video wall solutions , we are well poised to service the institutional sector in display , whether it is the retail , corporate or the educational sector.
The launch of the interactive e boards and the smart solutions that we are offering in this sector will make the classroom experience more exciting and interactive.”
- The Samsung Interactive E-board model – 650TS launched today represents Samsung’s commitment to design innovation, features and powerful performance. It has anti-reflection coating to enable clear display even in bright light or sunlight, has built-in PC with embedded windows XPP to remote access and manage content directly on the display and built in speaker.
- Designed in a slim and sleek form the Samsung 650 TS consumes less space and improves the aesthetic appeal of the classroom with its touch screen functionality, built-in 15 W stereo speaker and slide PC box option.
- These Interactive e-boards are equipped with anti-image retention control which prevent ghost image on the screen, have anti-dust system that prevent inflow of dust, better clarity and high brightness professional commercial LCD panel specially designed to deliver brighter images.
- In the first phase roll –out of its plan to tap educational institutes, Samsung plans to focus on 9 cities in India which include – Delhi/NCR, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Ahmedabad.
