The Biker’s Cafe is a three year old restaurant created for fun, food and freedom. The place is an art house and everything here has a story. The food is a collection of a traveller/bikers experience of flavours across the roads of the world. The restaurant artwork has been created by the bikers whether the paintings, walls or elements which comprise of rarest collection contributed by different bikers across the world. It has the rarest collection of actual world war1 Helmets displayed inside the cafe apart from bike used in the war.

What was the reason behind opening a restaurant?

I being a biker myself always wanted to create an extremely fun place which opens early in the morning and drives the concept of intelligent flavour food with a world experience for people to experience great breakfast as well. It is a place for great music, great adda and games. 

What’s the revenue model of your platform?

Every element of our cafe drives revenue almost at par- our breakfast, our merchandise, food and beverages, brand tie ups. Our food is the biggest driver of revenues.

Who are your target audiences? Do you see any completion from your competitors?

Our target customer is "young by heart". We do not have any competition. Our audience and business direction is extremely different.

What is the basic hygiene factor at your restaurant?

We focus a lot on health and hygiene apart from ensuring great flavourful food. We are not into food delivery but internally we use only international standards to store and pack our food.

What’s the annual turnover? What's the growth of your venture?

Gurgaon is our third outlet which we opened recently. Out of the other two outlets we crossed 12 crore last year. We are growing at 200 percent annually.

According to you, what are the latest trends in F&B industry?

There is a huge investment in the F&B industry but unfortunately without any clear thought. There is great opportunity in distribution of raw materials and storage in F&B and supply chain management of imported ingredients.

What is your expansion plans?

We have three branches in India namely Delhi, Gurgaon and Calcutta. We plan to open in Goa, Pune and Bengaluru in the coming year.

What’s the growth prospect of your venture?

The potential is huge as we are the only brand in India which provides deoxification options early in the morning. It has a unique concept of lifestyle based intelligent great food, a place for fun games, great food and great place to chill out for bikers/travellers/fun lovers/sports/lifestyle and great music.
