Sattviko gets a new avatar with its first fine dine restaurant in Jaipur

India's dining scene has transformed in the past few years with more and more people travelling and experiencing international dining cultures.

Delhi-based Sattviko, known for serving pure vegetarian cuisine, has ventured into the fine dine space with its first restaurant in Jaipur. 

The restaurant lays out an elaborate spread of world class fusion cuisine prepared by the ancient Vedic methods of cooking.The fusion menu curated by celebrity Chef Bhakti Arora of Master Chef 4 India fame emphasizes on appealing to the modern generation to the evolved taste of food connoisseurs including the elite sections of society.

“Our fine dine restaurant in Jaipur will allow the guests to have a wholesome sattvik experience. Our motive is to encourage people to not only embrace healthy and hygienic eating but also promote healthy living with our environment-friendly kitchen equipment,” shared Prasoon Gupta, the founder of Sattviko.

After Jaipur, the restaurant chain is also planning to expand their fine dining section in Ghaziabad and six other cities by the end of 2016.

“Apart from this, we are also targeting people who want to relive their age-old traditions through our packaged food items that include healthy Gud-Chana, PudinaMakhane and many more,” added Gupta.

Strategically located at Jaipur's GT Central Mall in Malviya Nagar, this fine dining restaurant is spread across 1600 sq. ft with a seating capacity for 60.The elegant and posh interior of the restaurant is aesthetically designed for diners exposed to global food trends.

It reflects an elite fusion of an international theme with a traditional Indian touch keeping in mind their comfort and sensibilities. Launched by the two IITians, Prasoon Gupta and Ankush Sharma, Sattviko recreates the traditional Indian cuisines from the past while adding to them, a distinct international twist.
