Dearie, a restaurant, bar, and brewery is open in the central area of Gardens Galleria Mall, Noida, Sector 38, establishing itself as one of the largest brewery destinations in Noida. It is founded in 2022 by industry expert Akshay Chauhan.

These components encompass malted barley, predominantly German Pilsner or Munich malts, hops that showcase German varieties such as Hallertau, Tettnang, or Saaz, water, and yeast, often utilizing German lager yeast strains.
