ITC Master Chef Creations is preparing to launch a month-long celebration of mutton called Jashn-E Gosht in Bangalore through their cloud brand ITC Master Chef Creations.

The Mutton Nihari is meticulously slow-cooked broth that  twings your taste buds. The Bhuna Gosht, inspired by the exquisite "Mande Ka Salon Style" of Aurangabad.

Additionally, for the Biryani enthusiasts of Bengaluru, a serving of the succulent Gosht Keema Biryani is also introduced.

These dishes showcase their exceptional culinary mastery. The festival provides an incredible opportunity for individuals to savor the genuine flavors of mutton dishes originating from the North West Frontier regions of India.
