Tango Tamari is a fusion restaurant blending Japanese and Peruvian flavors, is poised to make debut in Mumbai's dining scene.

Restaurant is situated in Juhu, this culinary venture comes from the creators of well-known spots like Alfredo’s, The Butler, and the Bayleaf.

The name "Tango Tamari" is a homage to Nikkei cuisine, which merges Japanese immigrant cooking styles with Peru's vibrant flavors.

Tango Tamari's menu is curated by Head Chef Mitesh Rangras with over twenty years of culinary expertise.

The menu features selection of Japanese-Peruvian dishes, including Moringa Soup, Truffe Miso Soup, Soft Shell Crab Salad, Crispy Tofu, Steamed Snapper Fillet in Banana Leaf, Jackfruit Carnitas Tacos, Smoked Aubergine Sushi, Salmon Avo Rolls, Juhu Beach Roll, Hot Stone Bibimbap, Shoyu Yaki Ramen, Bacon Kimchi Fried, and Tiger Prawns & Chinese Greens with spicy XO sauce.

For dessert, indulge in delights like Nutella Bao Donut, Lavender & Blueberry Crème Brûlée, Tender Coconut Panna Cotta, and Homemade Japanese Nama Chocolates, offering a sweet conclusion to your meal.

The menu features creative cocktails like the Sling A Fling with Gin, triple orange, Amaro Montenegro, aromatic bitters, maraschino liqueur, and pineapple; the Pop-Star, a playful mix of Salted Caramel Wild Turkey Popcorn Bourbon, Orange Bitters, and Dark Chocolate Bark; the Gi-Mo-Sabbi, a spicy blend of Wasabi, Gin, Citrus mix, and vegan foamer; and the Hora Del Pisco, a tropical delight made with Pisco, Pineapple, mint, lime, and vegan foamer.
