Moonshine Food Ventures Partners with Michelin Star Chef Atul Kochhar for Glasshouse: World Grill & Bar

After the successful operation of the most talked about G-Town's premium diner - SAGA - food and beverage entrepreneur Vishal Anand is all set to bring in another exciting experiential place. 

Moonshine Food Ventures (MFVL) has once again joined hands with India’s first Michelin Star Chef Atul Kochhar as the chef partner for their upcoming restaurant Glasshouse: World Grill & Bar at Worldmark in Gurugram.

Atul Kochhar’s unique talent as a twice Michelin starred chef has already made waves in India with the launch of SAGA, Gurugram in 2021. With Glasshouse: World Grill & Bar, Chef Kochhar plans to surprise the guests with an interesting curated menu. 

“I am overjoyed with my second innings with MFVL. We wanted to offer our patrons a brand-new spot to relax, unwind, and party and what better than a restaurant that gives the perfect view of the setting sun and the glittering stars in the night sky. Glasshouse serves a spread of borderless cuisine by amalgamating the global techniques and ingredient. We’re hopeful the food enthusiasts will appreciate our ambiance and the flavours of our bespoke offerings,” shared Kochhar.

MFVL is known for bringing passion to the platter with their modern twist and newness to each brand.

Glasshouse: World Grill & Bar is a 150 seater restaurant inspired by a Greenhouse, located on the top floor at Worldmark Gurugram with abstract glass enfolding the space from all sides.
