In his new role, Jadeja will oversee crucial tasks such as devising and executing sales strategies, optimizing revenue generation, capitalizing on event-based business prospects, establishing annual budgets, and conducting in-depth revenue analysis and planning.

With a remarkable career spanning over 11 years in the Indian hospitality sector, Sheel possesses an impressive track record. His strategic planning, adept account management, deep market and customer understanding, and ability to devise innovative solutions have consistently resulted in surpassing competitors within the industry.

Before joining Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, Sheel Jadeja held the position of Assistant Director of Sales at JW Marriott Hotel Bangalore.

He embarked on his career in 2012 at Vivanta by Taj Whitefield and gained valuable sales experience at Marriott Whitefield and Conrad, Bengaluru, assuming different sales roles. Furthermore, Sheel has also held managerial and directorial positions at prominent hospitality brands, showcasing his versatile expertise in the industry.

Sheel Jadeja possesses a Bachelor's degree in business administration as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management.
