Godrej launches Script!

Godrej, today, launched its attainable premium home furniture and décor brand, ‘Script’, in Delhi. A disruption in the furniture industry, Script is a novel and urban furnishing line up that is inspired by contemporary lifestyle and promises to offer ‘freedom of living’ to its users. With an aggressive national growth plan, Rajat Mathur, Business Head, Script announced that they will launch 18 stores across 7 cities by the end of the third fiscal year

Following the success of its existing store in Bengaluru, the brand has now entered one of the biggest furniture hubsin Asia- KirtiNagar in Delhi to dazzle the design and décor lovers in the capital city. ‘Delhi NCR is going to be the most important markets for us with one of the largest universe of our target group both in terms demographics and psychographics’,said RajatMathur, Business Head, Script. He further added, ‘We feel Delhi will contribute to 25% of the brands revenue and we are eyeing a turnover of 60 Cr from this market in the next 3 years. We intend to open 5 stores in the NCR region in the next 3 years’.
