Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai has introduced Chef Prashant Suryawanshi as the hotel's newly appointed Executive Chef.

 

His culinary expertise and a deep-rooted passion for the culinary arts, Chef Prashant is poised to enhance and elevate the dining experience for the guests.

Chef Prashant honed his skills through four-year tenure at Novotel, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, where he served as a chef de partie across diverse culinary environments such as banquets, coffee shops, and specialty Indian restaurants.

 

His unwavering commitment and exceptional talent quickly led to his promotion to the position of Junior Sous Chef at Courtyard by Marriott, Hinjewadi, Pune. There, he continued to excel and was subsequently elevated to the role of Sous Chef.

He initially returned to Fairfield by Marriott and subsequently assumed the position of Executive Chef at Le Meridien, Goa. Today, his culinary voyage has come full circle as he takes on the role of Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott, Navi Mumbai.
