Ena Roy Appointed as Director of Operations at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel

Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center has announced the appointment of Ena Roy as the Director of Operations.

Bringing more than two decades of experience from renowned hospitality brands such as ITC Hotels and Hyatt Hotels, Ena is a seasoned professional recognized for her proficiency in overseeing hotel room operations.

Her joining will reinforce the hotel's leadership, underscoring its dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Ena Roy initiated her career at Oberoi's Amarvillas, beginning in the housekeeping department.

She has been pivotal in the pre-launch and day-to-day management of esteemed luxury brands like Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, and Four Seasons.

In her most recent position as the Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, Ena played a crucial role in the phased refurbishment of the hotel.

She diligently handled recruitment and training while ensuring the smooth functioning of Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Spa. Throughout her professional path, Ena has demonstrated strategic planning to support business expansion, adeptly increased revenue through upselling, and efficiently managed responsibilities in the Rooms Division.
