Hotel Royal Orchid Bangalore has appointed Chef Raj Kumar Nandy as the new Executive Chef.


With an extensive background spanning more than two decades in the hospitality sector, including nine years as an Executive Chef, Chef Nandy brings a wealth of experience to his new role.


His primary responsibilities will involve supervising the culinary operations, upholding high-quality standards, improving efficiency, and ensuring utmost guest satisfaction.


Raj Kumar Nandy commenced his career as a Senior Sous Chef and has gained valuable experience working at renowned establishments such as The Chancery Hotel in Bangalore, Aloft-Ahmedabad Marriott Hotels, Royal Orchid Central in Ahmedabad, and Fortune Landmark Ahmedabad, among others.


Throughout his journey, he has honed his expertise in various aspects of the culinary field, including fine dining, banquet services, buffet events, and food festivals, with a specific emphasis on Indian and Western cuisines.
