Shilpi Khanna is an accomplished professional in the luxury hospitality industry, with a distinguished career that extends over twenty years.

She has honed her expertise through holding leadership positions in well-known hospitality brands like ITC, Oberoi Hotels, Marriott, and, most recently, the Hilton Group.

With a distinctive combination of experience gained from esteemed Indian hospitality leaders such as ITC and the Oberoi Group, as well as international hotel chains like Marriott and Hilton, Shilpi brings a wealth of wisdom to craft outstanding guest experiences while showcasing a keen business sense.

"I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey as a part of Hyatt Centric Juhu, and I eagerly anticipate welcoming everyone to our new Japanese restaurant Sesame, a culinary haven for food enthusiasts! Shilpi's educational background features her as a graduate of the renowned IHM Kolkata. Additionally, she is a notable recipient of a national-level scholarship from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

To enhance her skill set, she undertook postgraduate studies in Human Resources at XLRI, Jamshedpur. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse and dynamic cities across India, including Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, and, most recently, as the Director of Operations at Conrad Bengaluru.
