Vijay has an experience of 15 year tenure in hospitality, Chef Bhandari cultivated his skills at renowned venues like Marriott International, Carlson, Taj Exotica Resort and Spa Maldives, and several other prestigious hospitality chains.

His wealth of experience, innovative vision, and enthusiasm will elevate the dining encounters at the hotel to unmatched levels for guests.

Vijay will assume a pivotal role by overseeing every facet of culinary operations and crafting menus to managing recruitment, training, and supervision of staff, his responsibilities span across food preparation zones.

Moreover, he'll closely collaborate with the hotel's culinary team to innovate menus and create exceptional dining moments.
