Westin Himalayas Resort Appoints Pankaj Singh Panwar as Executive Chef

The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas, a renowned property within Marriott International's extensive India portfolio, has introduced Pankaj Singh Panwar as its Executive Chef.

Pankaj's role will encompass overseeing culinary operations, maintaining efficiency, supervising guest experiences for quality and satisfaction.

Pankaj Singh Panwar, an experienced chef with more than ten years of global hospitality industry expertise, will assume key responsibilities in overseeing culinary operations, maintaining stringent quality standards, enhancing efficiency, and prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Pankaj, who graduated from Punjab National University, embarked on his career in 2010 at Wyndham hotels.

He has since accumulated valuable experience by working at prestigious establishments including J W Marriott Aero City in New Delhi, Sofitel Luxury Hotel on Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, St. Regis, W Hotel within the Al Habtoor City complex, The Show at Mawal club & lounge, Hilton Al Habtoor City, and Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai Creek.

During his career progression, he has refined his skills across multiple facets of the culinary domain, encompassing outlet management, recipe creation, supervision, staff training, quality assurance, recruitment, administrative duties, and the art of fine dining.
