Revman Secures Licensing Agreement with Calvin Klein for Home Collections

Revman, the provider of lifestyle bed and bath products, has inked a significant licensing deal with the global fashion lifestyle giant, Calvin Klein.

With exclusive distribution rights, Revman will collaborate with Calvin Klein to conceptualize, produce, and distribute a line of home accessories under the Calvin Klein brand. Calvin Klein, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PVH, is set to unveil its fresh home collections during the upcoming New York Home Textiles Market week.

These collections will encompass essential offerings for the contemporary household, including fashionable bedding, bath products, and window coverings. The inaugural Calvin Klein home collection is slated for launch in the spring of 2024.

Rich Roman, President and CEO of Revman said, "We are tremendously delighted to be the new licensee for Calvin Klein home fashion products. Calvin Klein is among the world's most renowned fashion lifestyle brands, boasting a dedicated global consumer base. We are eagerly anticipating our collaboration with Calvin Klein's esteemed design team to craft high-quality home goods that exemplify the brand's modern, minimalist aesthetic. I am confident that the creative synergy between our two companies will prove to be a winning formula."

The upcoming Calvin Klein home collections will prioritize both style and comfort, seamlessly blending opulent fabrics with eco-friendly materials like Lyocell, Tencel, and REFIBRA fibers. These products will be made available through all primary retail channels in the United States, as well as through retailers in Canada and Mexico.

Karina Spar, Executive Vice President of Licensing at PVH stated, "We are eagerly looking forward to partnering with Revman to introduce our premium Calvin Klein home essentials to an even broader consumer market."

She further emphasized, "Their robust supplier network and established omnichannel strategy will empower us to enhance the presence of the Calvin Klein brand in the home category, offering an expanded range both online and in physical stores."

The initial term of the licensing agreement extends until 2028.
