Andaz Delhi, Hyatt's premier luxury and lifestyle hotel in India introduces Chef Matteo Fracalossi as their Executive Chef.

Chef Fracalossi has an extensive culinary career spanning thirty years. His culinary journey commenced in Italy in 1998, sparking a deep passion for gastronomy.

Over time, he refined his expertise and, in 2003 he had the honor of apprenticing under the esteemed Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo at Villa Crespi.

His five-year stint contributed to the restaurant earning a coveted 2nd Michelin Star, showcasing his exceptional skills.

Starting in 2014, Chef Fracalossi embarked on a worldwide culinary expedition, venturing to countries like Russia, Qatar, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Saipan.

These global experiences enabled him to master a spectrum of cuisines and develop a profound respect for culinary customs across the globe.

In 2016, Chef Matteo Fracalossi became a part of the Hyatt community by joining Park Hyatt Ho Chi Minh City as Chef de Cuisine.

His inventive dishes and commitment to culinary perfection swiftly earned acclaim, paving the way for his extraordinary transition to Andaz Delhi.
