Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts has chosen Chef Gurneet Grover as the Executive Chef for their recently opened Amritsar property.

 

With more than 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Gurneet possesses a deep understanding of team leadership and customer engagement.

 

His extensive expertise in creating memorable dining experiences makes him the ideal candidate for the role of Executive Chef at Le Méridien Amritsar.

 

Taking on his new position, Chef Gurneet will be in charge of overseeing the operations of Le Méridien Amritsar's two dining establishments and one bar & lounge.

 

These venues consist of the All-day dining restaurant, Le Grand Café, The Asian Bistro offering pan Asian cuisine, and Latitude, a stylish coffee house by day and a sophisticated cocktail bar by night.

 

His primary responsibilities include developing innovative menus for various outlets and events while upholding impeccable standards of food quality and consistency.

 

As a valuable asset to the hotel, he is expected to enhance the culinary offerings and overall experience at Le Méridien Amritsar.

 

Chef Gurneet Grover has an impressive background, having held positions at several renowned hotels in India.

 

His work experience includes prestigious establishments such as the Taj Mahal Hotel, Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott Aerocity, and Goa Marriott Resort and Spa.

 

In his most recent role, he made significant contributions to the transformation of the Sheraton Grand Palace, Indore, previously known as The Grand Bhagwati, playing a crucial role in its rebranding and evolution.
