Narasimha Reddy 'The Lion of Rayalaseema' set to release on October 2nd?

According to a leading media agency, the untold story and forgotten truth about India’s first freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy is all set for a visual spectacle on the silver screen. Titled as Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, the historical-warfare tells the story of this rebellion leader from Rayalaseema who fought valiantly against the British East India Company. Helmed on a massive budget of Rs 270 crore, the film is all set to hit the theaters on October 2 in five Indian languages. Meanwhile, during the pre-release event itself, it was officially announced that popular Indian comic book company Amar Chitra Katha will team up with the team of Sye Raa and release an exclusive comic on the forgotten hero in the pre-independence era. Taking to their official social handle, Amar Chitra Katha revealed that they are indeed collaborating with the makers of Sye Raa to bring out the story that needs to be told. Conveying their thanks to Rana Daggubati for making it possible, they wrote “Announcing our next title! Narasimha Reddy - The Lion of Rayalaseema One of the first freedom fighters of our country, Narasimha Reddy's story was dismissed as a 'small uprising' by the British. But that is not the entire truth.”
