Poeticgem Expands Portfolio with Little Mistress Brand Intellectual Property Acquisition

PDS Limited, a global fashion solutions company, is enhancing its range of customized offerings, including sourcing as a service and brand management. Poeticgem, its UK-based vertical, has recently acquired the brand intellectual property (IP) of Little Mistress, marking a significant step in Poeticgem's commitment to delivering high-quality fashion experiences across the global fashion value chain.

Under this agreement, Poeticgem gains ownership of various brands under Little Mistress and will also be responsible for designing, sourcing, and distributing the Little Mistress portfolio of brands worldwide. Founded in 2010, Little Mistress is renowned for its occasion wear, offering hand-embellished designs, luxurious fabrics, and a wide range of womenswear, from bridesmaid dresses to casual everyday looks. The fashion house is also known for creating white-label brands for high-street fashion. Mark Ashton, the CEO and Founder of Little Mistress will continue to lead the brand under a new trading name, Moda and Beyond, within the Poeticgem Group.
