Yauatcha Bangalore Introduces Exclusive Private Wine Label 'Ivelle' in Collab with Fratelli Wines

Yauatcha Bangalore, renowned for its innovative Cantonese cuisine, unveils a unique offering for wine enthusiasts in the city. The restaurant introduces its private wine label, 'Ivelle,' in collaboration with Fratelli Wines. Set to debut at the Yauatcha outlet from December 6th, Ivelle is an authentic white wine crafted from homegrown Müller and Gewürztraminer grapes, offering notes of lychee, apricot, and pineapple that beautifully complement the restaurant's Chinese offerings.

Inspired by the French word for love, 'Ivelle' reflects a pursuit of quality and dedication. Manufactured on Indian Solapuri soil, each sip of Ivelle transports patrons to a rustic villa in the mountains, making it a timeless addition to Yauatcha Bangalore's carefully crafted menu. Notably, Ivelle marks the first-ever private wine label produced in India, catering to the resurgence of wine enthusiasts in the country.

After eight months of trials, Ivelle is set to become a unique offering at Yauatcha Bengaluru, enhancing the restaurant's reputation for a vast wine selection that extends beyond rice wine and sake. Kevin Rodrigues, Head Sommelier at KA Hospitality, the group behind Yauatcha, Hakkasan, Nara Thai, and CinCin, emphasizes the wine's thoughtful creation to cater to both Chinese and Indian taste preferences.

Priced at Rs 950 per glass and Rs 4500 per bottle, Ivelle stands as the first private wine label created by a restaurant and available for purchase at dining establishments.
