Snapdeal unveils its latest option that will speed up its delivery

As each and every online marketplace is floating new offers to allure customers this festive season, Snapdeal too has added another option on its lattice. The volume of delivery parcels usually increase during the festive season and many companies face lot of ruckus due to the surge in volume. But Snapdeal has come up with array of options which will enable its customers to lead the race by getting fastest delivery right at their door step.

In its official statement, company revealed that company has introduced a range of initiatives to ensure its users continue to get fastest ever deliveries during the festive season when shipment volumes surge multi-fold. Snapdeal is all geared up to offer the fastest next day delivery to distant locations including Leh, Port Blair or Lakshwadeep islands among other cities and towns.

In the run up to Diwali, all pre-shipment checks on fast moving items such as mobile phones, memory cards, power banks, personal care appliances, kitchen appliances, air conditioners, televisions, home theater systems, printers etc. has already been done, so that packets can be dispatched within minutes of the order being received. Apart from that, the company will take the air route to save the time; it will be moving around 20,000 tons of cargo through air service for which the bookings have been already made by company's logistics partner.

Commenting on the initiatives, Snapdeal's Chief Customer Experience officer, Jayant Sood said that Snapdeal's fast deliveries have set new benchmarks for all players. From same day delivery within metros, to next day delivery to more than 100 cities, Snapdeal boxes will be on the move across the country, making the 'Unbox' moment a special one for its users this festive season.
