WhatFix, a SaaS platform that enables users and businesses to create interactive help guides on websites, has raised Rs. 5.5 crore in seed stage funding led by Helion.
Other funding partners such as Powerhouse Ventures, GSF and angel investors from the valley have also participated in this round.
The funding will be invested to fortify technology front, and to scale sales and marketing efforts. Alok Goyal, Partner, Helion and Vispi Daver, ex-Partner, Sierra Ventures will be joining the Whatfix board.
WhatFix is a SaaS platform founded by Khadim Batti and Vara Kumar in 2013. The technology platform allows businesses and individuals to create support FAQs, training material and interactive tutorials.
The platform is largely divided into Enterprise and Community model, which provides businesses and individuals access to it potent web suite.
